Your privacy is a priority at JetherAI. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private information to train global AI models without your permission.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data: When you register, we collect your email address, full name, and authentication credentials. Payment information is processed by Polar.sh and is not stored on our servers.

Research Data: Search queries, crawled page content, AI-generated clusters and insights, and graph layouts are stored to enable session persistence and activity history.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Internet Brain OS service
  • To persist your research sessions and activity history
  • To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
  • To improve AI clustering quality and query routing
  • To communicate service updates and support responses

3. Data Retention

Your research sessions, chat history, and crawled content are retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Polar.sh (payment processing), Upstash (Redis caching), and Vercel (hosting) to operate the platform. Our search and retrieval stack is built and operated in-house.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your research data at any time. Contact us through the Support system.
