1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose, (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, (c) scrape or data-mine the Platform's interfaces, (d) use automated bots or scripts that impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
3. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely by Polar.sh. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your research data and content produced using the Platform. JetherAI owns the platform software, algorithms, and AI clustering technology. Our AI models do not train on your data.
5. Service Level
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JetherAI operates.
